After understanding clients’ requirement, we match the requirement with candidate
profile and shortlist potential candidates from our database. Thereafter, we follow our
entire recruitment process which includes subject related online/ written test, personality
test, group discussion & face-to-face interview.

We then submit the report to the client and the client finalizes the candidate after
taking final interview. Thereafter, we complete our verification process which includes
background verification, reference checks, police verification. Finally, the candidate is
inducted in the client organization.
